Bora Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. has completed the acquisition of Upsher-Smith Laboratories, LLC., a generics manufacturer and marketer based in Minnesota, from its sellers, Sawai Group Holdings and Sumitomo Corp. of Americas.    Upsher-Smith becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bora Group.
